Daniel: There is a work-in-progress to get some proper documentation for the layout. There is a Google Documents document at

It would be nice to have such a document in English as well. Tell me if you feel like trying something like that.

That’s what I was suspecting. In my learning of koine Greek, there hasn’t been much emphasis on accents (pun intended), and it was just something I noticed as I tried out this new keyboard, typing in random characters.

@Daniel: As far as I know, in Greek Polytonic, epsilon and omicron do not get a circumflex.

Could you provide me with a document that shows omicron and epsilon with circumflex?

I seem to be having trouble getting circumflex accents over epsilon and omicron (εο), but it works for the other vowels (ᾶῆῶῖ). Is this a bug, and if it is, is it in the ‘gr’ keyboard layout, or in the en_US.UTF-8/Compose file?

Σίμο ενδιαφέρομαι να το διορθώσω αλλά θα πρέπει να βρω πρώτα με ποιόν τρόπο μπορεί κάποιος να χρησιμοποιήσει όλα τα σύμβολα

Αντώνη, στην ανάρτηση παραπάνω γράφω ότι το κείμενο στο googledocs δεν αντικατοπτρίζει την παρούσα λειτουργικότητα με ακρίβεια .

Αν έχεις το ενδιαφέρον να διορθώσεις το κείμενο, πες μου να σου δώσω δικαιώματα για να κάνεις αλλαγές στο κείμενο.

Σίμο δουλεύει καλά αλλά όχι τέλεια ακόμη. Εγώ συγκεκριμένα αντιμετωπίζω δυσκολίες με τις κεραίες άνω και κάτω που δεν εμφανίζονται, παρόλο ότι ακολουθώ τις οδηγίες της σελίδας http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dccdrjqk_1g6g6ncgw

Εγκατέστησε τη νέα διάταξη (http://simos.info/ubuntu/gr) που παρέχω. Αυτή είναι η σωστή επιλογή και θα δουλέψει ανεξάρτητα αν έχεις την Αμερικάνικη ή Βρετανική διάταξη, που είναι και το σωστό.
